BCGH FOUNDATION RAFFLE DRAWING SET

The Brown County General Hospital Foundation raffle prize of a $7000 travel certificate OR $5000 cash will be awarded shortly. The winning ticket will be drawn during the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee meeting the first week in October.

Until Friday, the 28th of September, tickets will be available for a $20 donation at most Brown County banks and financial institutions, the Chamber of Commerce, and at the hospital front desk and gift shop or by calling Edie Fath (937-392-1352) or Teri Baumann (378-7712).

Proceeds from the raffle help fund the Health Career Scholarship Program. Scholarships are available for students from each of the five school districts in Brown County who are pursuing degrees or certification in many areas of health care. Two recipients of previous scholarships graduated in June and will shortly be working at BCGH. Five new scholarships, at $3000 each, have been awarded this year, as well as scholarships to five additional students who are continuing their studies from last year.
