Auxiliary Food Festival

BCGH AUXILIARY AND GEORGETOWN IGA + SCHEDULE FESTIVAL

The Brown County General Hospital Auxiliary and the staff of Georgetown IGA+ are busy making plans for the 17th Annual Food Festival which will be held from 8 AM to 8 PM Thursday, June 14.

The Auxiliary has realized total proceeds of over $100,000 from this event over the last several years. This year’s proceeds will be put toward the Auxiliary’s commitment for purchase of the ProVue machine for the Lab and the Anesthesia Machine for the Operating Room.

This event will feature roses for the first 50 ladies, a cake walk every hour, and trays of fruit, cookies, cheese and vegetables from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Burgers, hot dogs, and Pepsi will be sold at nominal prices. You may spin the wheel for $1 to win one of many items.

There will also be free blood pressure checks available.

Drawing for prizes will be at 8 PM with prizes for first place of $500, second place of $300 and third place of $200, as well as many other prizes.

Raffle tickets will be on sale at IGA+ Thursday thru Saturday, May 31 thru June 2, and June 7 thru 9, as well as on Wednesday, June 13, and Thursday, June 14, and at the BCGH Gift Shop every day.

Mark your calendars now and plan to join the Auxiliary for this fun event. On Food Festival Day, a percentage of all grocery sales will be donated to the Auxiliary.
